1,Description:
Torispherical heads are the most common type of head used for the manufacture of pressure vessels and usually the most economical to form.
The I. C. R is equal to the I. D of the head or less. We normally suggest allowing the I. C. R to be between 90% to 95% of the I. D of the head.The I. K. R needs to be between 6% and 10% of the I. C. R of the head.

A,Cold Press is for hokkai standard size THA which crown radius is 10% diameter
head can be formed with inner diameter ranging from 200-3200mm
(50 mm pitch up to 2,000 mm, and 100 mm pitch for above 2,000 mm)
B If the size is not standard and not aviviable for the cold press.
Hokkai will choose dish&flanged to form heads.
C,3,if Diamter is above 3200mm for hot press,Pls query by E-mail separatly
4,Order information:

1) material grade
2) diameter
3) thickness
4) Crown radius and Knuckle Radius
5) qty
6) special requirements including the material grade and forming
Hokkai can provide the dished heads with ASME VIII-1 with U stamp,EN1345 ,AS1210 or china code etc.
