This heads was requested to hot press by hokkai, the type is 2: 1 elliposidal heads, the inner diamter is 1022 with nom thickness 38mm.

For this heads, Hokkai can not formed by cold press, so this head was hot press by us. The min THK after forming is 36.2mm. The temperature of hot press is 900+/- 25 degree. After hot press, hokkai do the soultion anneal for this SS heads, if the material grade is CS, it may be normarlizing heat treatment after forimg
